How thick should the greyboard be if to make a rigid box?
Usually we use 1~3mm rigid greyboard to make rigid box, 2mm is the most common used thickness.
Can I customize box size?
We are a manufacturer for custom paper packaging boxes making,we can customize box size, colors and your logo etc according to your requirements.
What is the difference between digital printing sample and offset printing sample?
Digital printing is used for small run box making, offset printing is used for mass order production. And usually offset printing sample has better and more accurate colors than digital printing.
How can I customize my logo?
Your logo can be printed with CMYK or Pantone. Gold foil, embossing/debossing, spot UV, silk printing and so on can be used to highlight your logo as well.
What artwork format is supported?
Artwork in .ai vectored format will be best, which can be opened in adobe illustrator and high quality printing can be ensured.
Can I get sample made first before placing an bulk order?
Yes. Free white mock-up sample can be made. You can also choose digital print sample and offset ink sample to check box color and box quality.
Do you provide insert solutions to hold and protect products inside the box?
We can recommend different insert for you, such as EVA, soft foam, paper insert, blister insert, satin insert and so on.
For box lamination, what options do you have?
You can choose regular matte lamination, matte anti-scratch lamination and soft touch lamination.
Can you customize special box structures?
Yes, different box structures can be customized.
Do you provide design service?
Usually customer needs to provide printing artwork. If you don’t have design ability, we can provide design service if order quantity is beyond 10K.
Packing & Shipping
Will my boxes be delivered in good conditions?
We will pack the boxes with strong 5 layers K=K corrugated cartons, and protective corners will be installed on the carton. For magnetic foldable box and heavy boxes, double outer cartons will be used to secure the box shipment.
Can you take care of the shipping?
Air shipping, sea shipping and train shipping can be used to ship your boxes.
DDP( door to door including tax paid) can be also supported for you if you are a small business.
You just need to sit home and wait for the boxes to arrive.

What is the price to customize box?
Price will depend on your order quantity, box size and your box customization, including colors, logo treatment, box structures etc.
How much does a sample cost?
White mock-up sample is free. Digital printing sample costs around 80USD, and offset printing sample costs around 200USD. Final sample cost will depend on your box customization after checking.
What is your lead time?
Sample lead time: 3~10 days. Mass production takes 20~45 days, and it also depends on your order quantity. Different batch delivery is also supported.

What payment method can be accepted?
We can accept Alibaba trade assurance order. And we can also accept bank wire transfer(T/T).
